Liability & Copyright

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7 (1) TMG and general laws. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete legal violation becomes known. Upon notification of corresponding legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. We therefore cannot assume any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for the content of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; illegal content was not recognisable at the time. Permanent monitoring of the content of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a legal violation. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.

The content and works on these pages created by the site operator are subject to German copyright law. Reproduction, processing, distribution and any kind of exploitation outside the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator. Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, third-party content is identified as such. If you nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the content immediately.

GDPR / DSGVO

Privacy Policy (Datenschutzerklärung)

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The following information explains what data is collected on our website, how it is used, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

The data controller within the meaning of Art. 4 (7) GDPR is:
Eintracht Nepali e.V., Heinrich-Seliger-Straße 13, 60528 Frankfurt am Main, Germany — Email: Eintrachtnepaliev@gmail.com.

Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits to us. This includes: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in technically secure operation of the website). Log files are stored for a maximum of 14 days and are then deleted.

If you contact us via our contact form (powered by Formspree) or by email, the information you provide (name, email address, phone number, subject, message) will be processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected.

On our News page we offer an embedded Facebook feed via the official Facebook Page Plugin. The plugin is not loaded automatically. Only after you actively click on „Show Facebook feed“, content from Facebook will be loaded. From that moment, data will be transferred to Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland („Meta“), including your IP address and browser information. Meta may set cookies and process this data also outside the EU. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR (your consent). You can revoke your consent at any time by clearing your browser data. More information: Meta Privacy Policy.

Our pages contain links to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. These are simple HTML links — no data is transmitted to those platforms until you actively click them. Once you do, the privacy policy of the respective platform applies.

Our website uses fonts hosted by Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) and Font Awesome (Fonticons, Inc.). When loading a page, your browser may transfer your IP address to these providers. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in a uniform appearance of our website).

Our own website does not set tracking cookies. Local storage is only used for your Facebook consent preference (see section 4) and only after you actively give consent. Third-party cookies may be set by Facebook only after you have loaded the Facebook plugin.

Under the GDPR you have, among others, the following rights regarding your personal data:

The competent supervisory authority for our association is: Der Hessische Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Postfach 31 63, 65021 Wiesbaden — datenschutz.hessen.de.

We use the SSL/TLS protocol in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser when transmitting personal data. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the „https://“ in the address bar of your browser.

We reserve the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time so that it always complies with current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services in the Privacy Policy.
