A Look Back at 2025
2025: the year of the Eintracht Nepali takeover. Since 2022, our goal has been simple — total dominance. After the heartbreak of reaching two finals and falling short in 2024, we came back hungrier than ever.
This year, we reached two more finals — and this time, we brought both trophies home! Our consistency is unmatched. Statistically, no team in Europe (not even the top-tier leagues) has played more finals over the last two seasons than this squad.
Our 2025 Highlights
We wrapped it all up with an unforgettable 3-day Big Squad trip — full of laughter, brotherhood, and memories that define who we are. The memories will last a lifetime, but our hunger has not changed. Next year, we level up again. Every title is on the table.

Bundespokal 2025 — We Are the Champions
Thank you, FC Berlin NEPAL e.V.
Thank you for organising the Nepali Bundes Pokal 2025. A two-day football festival at this scale is no easy task. We know how much effort, time and dedication goes into making such a grand tournament possible — especially as a voluntary, non-profit event purely for Nepali sports and soul. In a time where commission and profit often come first, your selfless work is truly inspiring.
Our Journey — an Emotional Roller Coaster
Drama, Pressure, and a Young Hero in Goal
The day began with a tough battle against Berlin, ending in a tight 1-1 draw. Then came the match against Hannover — three penalties given against us. Our young keeper, who had just turned 18 the week before, saved two of them. The third turned into a goal from the rebound. It ended in a 2-2 draw. The match had everything: drama, pressure, and some very debatable decisions. But that is football.
Then came the last match of the day — a quarter-final clash against NFCH Hamburg, the team we met in the final last year. This was our moment. The match ended 0-0 and went to penalties. Once again, our keeper stepped up and saved the decisive penalty. With Hamburg having already missed one, our fifth shooter did not even need to step up. We won 4-3.
Semi-Final, Final — This One Is for Bibek
All focus on the semi-final and final. We were set to face Himalayan Cottbus, a new team we were very excited to meet. Sadly, they could not reach the ground in time and, after a delay of over 90 minutes, we had to move forward. We hope to play them soon.
Nepal Darmstadt FC, our neighbouring team and good friends, made it to the final by beating NFC Stuttgart on penalties. That set the stage — the Pokal was heading to Hessen; the only question was where.
The final began with Darmstadt scoring early. But just seconds later, we hit back with a quick equaliser. Then came a moment none of us will forget. Bibek Shrestha, our hard-working brother, was tackled from behind and left the field injured. The resulting free-kick was taken by our captain — and he scored. It was our message for Bibek: we are with you, and this trophy is yours too.
Second half — same story. Our captain scored again from another free-kick. At 3-1 we were cruising, until the final minutes, when Darmstadt scored from a corner and made it 3-2. The pressure was back. But then, once more, a free-kick from our captain hit the bar and Suraj Basnet rose up — his header hit the net and sealed the game.
Final whistle. The moment we had worked for.

2nd Place at the Bundespokal-2024 Tournament
Moments to remember — the Eintracht Nepali FC family in Berlin.
On 7 September 2024, our team travelled to Berlin to face eleven other clubs from across Germany.
After a hard-fought day on the pitch, we returned home as runners-up — finishing second out of twelve teams. A proud moment for the club and the entire Nepali community in Frankfurt.
NRNA Cup Soest 2024 — Runners-up
Eintracht Nepali FC gave their best at the NRNA Cup Soest 2024, battling against several Nepali-based clubs from across Germany.
After an intense tournament, we finished as runners-up — a result our young squad is incredibly proud of. Every match tested our spirit, and every brother on the pitch left everything out there.

Officially Registered as an Association
Eintracht Nepali is now an e.V.
We are proud to announce that Eintracht Nepali is now officially a registered association — e.V. — at the Frankfurt am Main district court under registration number VR 17327. A huge milestone for everyone involved.
This formal step gives the club a stable foundation from which to grow, organise events, and welcome new members in the years to come. Thank you to everyone who believed in us from day one.
